Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

We have always taken pride in giving our customer leading edge design information as well as the pros and cons to any renovations . This has been the case regardless of what the final number is , whether it be high or low. We want our customers to be informed .

What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

We will always treat our customers with the upmost respect that is possible . we understand that customers have question and that’s why we are here … to answer them .

How did you decide to get in your line of work?

About 13 years ago I had finished working for General Motors as a designer . I wanted to have my home remodeled and started getting quotes. Realizing that many people were out there just for the money and not to help out homeowners . I started my own consulting firm which later developed to what it is today.

What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

We plan on covering more territory than we currently do .

If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

That they should prepare for the unexpected . Many items we have learned in this business cannot be taught in books or school.

What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

What is the length you have been providing service. Would it be ok if I paid you when I am satisfied . What other options do u suggest that would benefit to this project . Do you allow financing and at what terms .

What do you like most about your job?

Customer interaction would be my best suit . this would be my main reason I go to the office in the morning to conversate with current or potential clients , and see if there is a way to make things better .

If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

All the possibilities that are around before making a decision . There are a lot more things available to a customer as choices than what many contractors portray. We will always show you all possibilities before a decision , some may take longer than others to decide on and we understand that .

Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

The most common we would have to say are kitchens and bathrooms since that is where most people spend their time .

Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

We are proud of all our jobs. we will not leave a job site until customers are fully satisfied as well as we can feel all was done exactly by the book.

Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

we recently completed a bathroom build out and renovation . Job cost was approx. $15,000.00 and took about three weeks to complete. This required extending bathroom , adding a handicap accessible shower , new lighting and plumbing , new doors , painting drywall , frame construction .

What is your greatest strength?

Our greatest strength would be the stone industry and kitchen remodeling . we have been doing that nearly 10 years and take pride in every aspect .

What are you currently working on improving?

We are always working on expanding our products and services at the same time to keep the cost down ..

What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What’s your answer?

I am commonly asked : ” in our current job layout we would like to add and substract a few things , can this be done ? ” Of course this can be done , where there is a will there is always a way . if you would like I can explain the process to you.

Do you have a favorite story from your work?

I really cannot say there is a favorite , we have been doing this for so long that all stories are unique .

What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

Please get estimates , that is the power you have . Become informed in what you are planning to have done . And under no circumstance allow the first jack of all trades to tear up your home because the price was the best. This industry has many hidden corners that need to be revealed , some wont do that because of customer reactions.

Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

Yes , we currently do read up and attend courses here and there to stay current in our line of work

Not complicated at all . Pretty much the industry going rate . we compete in order to keep our cost low and pass the savings on to our customers .

What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

Have a basic design layout or idea of what they would like done . And also questions they may have . Also allow a budget and a list of items that may or may not be getting done if money is allowed.
